Tax Default: AKIRS invades Exxon Mobil, GTBanks and Fortune Schools

The enforcement and recovery team of the Akwa Ibom board of Internal Revenue service (AKIRS) today invaded the premises of Exxon Mobil-Ibeno, Fortune Schools-Uyo and GTBanks at Abak road and Udo Udoma, Uyo with notices of default and non compliance for failure of the organisations to remit actual tax deductable from their employees’ salaries and other relevant taxes due to the state.
